Balmoral NC partnered with National Environment Agency (NEA) and Singapore Civil Defence Force to organize a Fire Safety and Dengue Awareness outreach session to the residents of Wing on Life Garden this afternoon.
Residents of all ages gained some valuable tips on putting out fires and how to prevent dengue breeding at their homes.
