We’ve just started a special project here in MoCa for kids with special needs who love football!
Thanks to Coach Arun and our MOCA Sports Chair Delvin, we’ve been organizing training sessions for these amazing kids on Saturdays here at Pek Kio Community Centre. I was inspired by Coach Arun - who has been coaching disability football for sometime now, so I asked if we could do something together with him here in MOCA.
We also spent time with their parents and caregivers, who shared with me that they are both thankful for the respite and the chance for their kids to enjoy training and football with a community who cares. The families come from all over Singapore.
