Singaporeans are deeply concerned about the situation in Israel and Gaza. Many have raised questions, expressed concerns and would like to do something to help.
Our government has issued statements about the situation, and parliament will discuss this in detail next month.
On the ground, our MoCa Racial & Religious Harmony Circles came together today at Masjid Al-Falah and Masjid Angullia (Mosque) to have a frank discussion of the issue. Christian, Hindu, Sikh, Muslim leaders in our community in fellowship, prayer and dialogue together, affirming our commitment to racial and religious harmony in Singapore.
We also pooled our resources and gave generously to RLA Foundation Singapore’s Humanitarian Relief for Gaza efforts.
