We wish to inform that from Sunday, 8 January 2023, the bus stop along Scotts Road, in front of Newton Station Exit B (40189) will be temporarily closed due to upgrading works.
As a result, four SBS Transit bus services - 5, 54, 124 and 162/162M - will not be calling at this bus stop.
The upgrading works are targeted to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.
Residents taking these services can board or alight at the next bus stop 200 metres down the road, in front of the Environment Building (40179).
This bus stop is linked to the Newton MRT Station via a covered linkway.
